Hello, I have extreme sore throat pain. And because of this, saliva tends to back up into my mouth. As I try to swallow my saliva, the pain becomes excruciating. Also, I feel extreme burning sensation at the back of my mouth, towards the beginning of my throat. What may this be? What is the fastest relief/treatment?
