What Causes Extreme Soreness In The Right Heel Along With Some Numbness?

I am having problems with my right heel. It is extremely sore, especially when I have been on it all day at work. I did take a bit of a fall off of a chair. I went straight down off the side of the chair, landing with all of my weight on my right heel. This happened last Friday night, now I have a lot of pain and my heel is rather numb on the bottom. What do you suggest I do?
