What Causes Extreme Stomach Pain?

Hello, I have had extreme stomach pain (a deep hurt within my abdominal area) for about 3 days now, I have also been using the restroom normally everyday of not more. I ve taken gas release medicine but that doesn t seem to be helping. Can you please tell me the possible infections due to sharp and extreme stomach pains? Thank you for your time.

HI.
The most probable reasons for sharp and extreme deep seated pain in the abdomen can be , Impacted Urinary stone , appendicitis, volvulus, lymph node mass, or any severe inflammatory process.
Get blood , urine and stool tests and ultrasonography. CT scan to confirm and get operated if medicines do not help.
