General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I think you should resume your activities very gradually. You may need up to 3 months for your body to feel as old one.

You may need to have more rest. Also there exists a risk of urinary track infection and you better do a urine analysis.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Olgeta Xhufka , General & Family Physician
