What Causes Extreme Tiredness And Pain Around Shoulder And Back?

i'm a 29 year old female and for a while now i have been feeling extremely tired from when i awake in the morning until i go to bed at night, even though i have 8 hours sleep and eat healthy during the day although i feel i have no energy throughout the day. i have also been suffering from pain in my left shoulder for a while now, and it keeps making clicking noises and i have trouble lifting my arm over my head. i also have reaccuring back pain at the base of my back.
