What Causes Extreme Tiredness And Thirst?

Hi,I m always really thirsty and as a result need to urinate frequently. I m also extremely tired, particularly so this week, I ve been sleeping for around 12 hours a night have still felt exhausted. I ve been tested for diabetes and anaemia but both results were negative and my GP isn t sure what else could be causing the symptoms. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks!

Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. If your GP has tested you for anemia and diabetics and could not find anything wrong on that aspect, you must know there should be investigation for other reasons such as Coeliac disease, Chronic fatigue syndrome, sleep apnoea, Underactive thyroid, glandular fever, depression and anxiety. Your physician should have investigated these areas also. Please confirm. I suggest you also consult a psychologist for the areas of anxiety and depression. Don't worry, you should be perfect.
