What Causes Extreme Tiredness, Skin Dryness And Joints Pain?

Im feeling very strange, unlike ever before. My eyes have looked extremely tired for over a week, skin is dry and scaly, ( I consume at least 64oz of water a day) wake up feeling like I haven t slept at all, shooting pains from joints, Heavy, heavy head and eyesockets hurt. No serious worry, but stressful job, sit a lot. But I feel scary not well, not just uncomfortable. I don t want to overreact and sit in urgent care for hours before being told I m overreacting :(

Hi there... take deep breathe and relax.Life is beautiful and you are healthy and fine unless something proves you are ill.Your anxiety could be causing you lack of sleep, tired eyes, dry skin , joint pains too. Stressful job situations do take a toll on peoples health. I would advise you absolutely no medication. Just practise meditation, deep and slow breathing exercises, take short walks in the neighbourhood, talk and smile at people, and continue drinking atlaest 3 litres water per day, lemonade can refresh you too... if you THINK you are sick, you will certainly fall sick.So. You are healthy. Be that way
