What Causes Extreme Tiredness With Flashes Of Color In The Field Of Vision?

Hello. I am experiencing sudden, extreme tiredness followed by seeing vivid colors. There is no pain. I am dizzy when I stand up and then I need a nap. During this episode, I was talking with a friend and suddenly she looked like she was very far away and I couldn t hear her very well. I am 74 years old with a history of high blood pressure(treated) and heart disease which is also treated. I exercise every day and am otherwise healthy.Thank you for any info. The extreme tiredness with flashes of color in the field of vision can be related to side effect of certain medications as digoxin, alteration in intra occular pressure through hypertension leading to glaucoma, issues with color vision through rods of retina or else.
