I m twenty years old and always feel tired, I never have any energy to do anything, I struggle to get out of bed in the morning and my body always aches, some days it s not so bad but others I really feel it, I m only 20 and I don t feel normal, all of my friends have so much energy compared to me...My head always feels like it s not quite with it as well, could you please help me? I also quite frequently suffer aches and shakes, thankyou
tierdness or fatigue can be caused by a number of illnesses or may be itself a primary disorder. i would recommend a cbc to rule out anemia. you may be prescribed a multi vitamin empirically to see for improvement. depression should also be ruled out via a mini mental state exam in consultation with your doctor as it too is associated with fatigue.
thanks. let me know if you have any query.
