What Causes Extreme Tiredness?

Hello sir, I am 20 years old. I get tired very very quickly. A little bit of walking,cycling,jogging ;that my friends do so easily,makes me feel tired.I retire to bed as soon as i return from my classes. Sometimes I have to skip classes because of weakness. I am very depressed .Please tell me what minerals are lacking in my body..PLZ help me out.

helo n welcom. firstly. u need to check ur bloood panel ie cbc to rule out anemia. as fatigue is a systemic phenomenon. also monitor ur bp for a week n get a stool r/ e done for any blood loss or parasites plus a crp or esr. if ur panels r clear then take a multivitamin (centrum) for a month n reassess whether the tierdness has improved or worsened. thanx

I really appreciate your concern and looking to the history given here I could say that low hemoglobin level could be the cause of your symptom, if you are female person then some time hormonal changes may be the reason behind this, better to get done the hemoglobin test, have a nice day.
