What Causes Extreme Tiredness,drowsiness And Forgetfulness?

I am 30 years old and have an under active thyroid. In the last 3-4 days I have been feeling extremely and unusually tired, dosey, drowsy and at times forgetful. I have also become more clumsy that usual. I am slightly worried and haven t told anyone as it is not an extreme emergency to be able to go to a&e and at the moment I am in the process of moving house and I am not registered with a GP. Please could you give me some answers as to what it could be?

Extreme tiredness due to anemia, thyroid problem.diabetes mellitus, lack of sleep, depression, deficiency of potassium, other nutrients. I suggest you to go for blood tests to rule out these problems. Hope i have answered your question. If you have any further questions i will be happy to help.
