Hi, The blood pressure u mentioned clearly tells you are having hypotension now due to excessive intake of anti-hypertensive pills. The thing you need to do is to drink good quality water and juices because spironolactone is a diuretic which removes water from your body through urination and make blood pressure come back to normal.
