What Causes Extreme Weakness?

hi I have a biggest problem with me dhat and swapndosh with in in a week multiple time so i feel weakness in body every time i want to live active but its not possible by my weakness so i request to you give me better solution for my problem as soon as posible

Hi,
Remove false fear of having weakness or any bad effect of night discharge.
This is common and nothing to worry.
Seeing sex exciting things and seeing porn etc during day time will give night discharge.
Avoid seeing or thinking sex things.
Pass some time for sports and walk in the evening.
Wear loose clothes during night.
Read some good books at night.
Pray the god and go to sleep.
