General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

If you are in childbearing age, possibility of early pregnancy can not be avoided. Please get home pregnancy test done. If it's positive, consult a gynecologist urgently for specific management. It also can be hormonal imbalance (ovarian, ovulatory, thyroid or uterine problems) diagnosed by USG pelvis scan, thyroid function tests. Such condition needs hormonal treatment. In pre menopausal age, it can be hormonal changes in body. Your gynecologist or endocrinologist would help.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
