What Causes Extremely Painful Immobilizing Cramps In Body?

Hi, Today as I was getting ready I had extremely bad immobilizing cramps. It felt as if a menstrual cramp would, but I am not menstruating currently nor is it close to when I should be. I ended up making a bowel, but it was completely forced by these horrid pains. Any idea of what this could be?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, such pain if subsided on it own then it need to be watch for next time because it could be due to renal stone, it could be due to some colicky pain, may need some investigation if ever happens next time hope this information helps.
