Hello there,
Extremely yellow urine can be a sign of
dehydration. So here is what we do. Keep drinking lukewarm water throughout the day and you may add a dash of lemon to it but no sugar. Try to drink atleast 8 glasses. This will correct your dehydration (if it is there) and you should see your pee turn lighter in shades until it is the color of straw.
If it does not then you may have some change in your
liver function. So then get your LFT(liver function tests) done. This will be performed on your blood sample and contain assays of liver enzymes. You can get these reports to me or consult a physician near you.
If you have farts that smell then that can be due to reduced water which will be corrected with the first measure or due to liver dysfunction that we can diagnose with your LFT. As a rule do not have fart forming gassy foods like brussel sprouts, legumes, cabbage, radishes, potatoes with protein rich foods like eggs. You can eat them at different meals but try to avoid eating them together.
With your lack of periods I would urge you to visit an Ob-gyn. It may be a mild
hormonal change that can be corrected with pills.
No, all of this can not just be due to weight. You are a tall girl and with a bit of physical activity you can reduce some of it to be fitter.
Please feel free to address any further queries to me. I will be happy to help,
