Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As per your query you have eye pain, cough, stiffness in neck, and headache. Well the symptoms you mentioned in query can occur due to certain reasons like migraine, glaucoma or optic neuritis. The symptoms can also occur due to cervical spondylosis and temporomandibular joint (TMJ) problem. I would suggest you to consult an ophthalmologist for proper examination. Doctor may order CT scan along with checking ocular pressure along with taking history. Doctor may also refer you to a neurologist to rule out migraine or any tumor. Doctor may prescribe diuretics, beta blockers, anti-inflammatory or eye drops. Doctor may also refer you to an orthopedic surgeon for cervical or dentist for TMJ problem. For now take proper rest, get your eye sight checked and take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain.

Get well soon.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Harry Maheshwari
