What Causes Eye Palpation Continuously With Twitching?

hi ,i have aquestion regarding my eye its my left eye palpitating constantly for about a month now,approximately it twitches 20 times aday,other than that i dont have any health issues,my eyesight is week and my power is -2.25 for both eys and i use glasses for that,i dont know is this sumthin i need to get worried for?

it appears tobe blepharospasm aticks. there is notreatment for it at times it is linked to anxiety so try to reduce and controll anxiety. yoga and meditation may help you. you canhave refraction repeated. but the problem is notrelated to refractive error.
