As per your query you have eye twitch and tinnitus in ears which isn t a condition itself but it s a symptom of an underlying condition, such as age-related hearing loss, ear injury or a circulatory system disorder. Sometimes tinnitus along with head ache also represent conditions like acoustic neuroma and meniere s disease . Simple reasons like stress and anxiety can also cause eye twitch, tinnitus and headaches. Apply dry warm compress to TMJ and ear , drink green tea thrice a day and try to make yourself relax . I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper examination and to find out exact cause . Doctor may order certain tests like audiological test , rushing test , high and low pitched test .
