What Causes Eye Twitching And Headache?
Twitch / spasm in right eye for a month and half in addition to an intermittent but sometimes intense roaming pressure / headache. I have had my eyes checked and I'm good there. No additional stress in my life. I get good sleep, work out daily and eat very good. Thoughts?

You have intermittent headache problem
So first of all check your blood pressure for that
Hypoglycemia, irregular meals, smoking, alcohol like causes should be excluded
You might have tension headache if constantly working on computer
For headache sos paracetamol can be taken
If headache unilateral and throbbing than migraine ruled out
Avoid excess heat exposure
If headache not improving than neurological examination has to be done along with detail history
Consult physician for examination
