What Causes Eye Twitching,chest Pain,headaches And Dizziness?

Hi. I am a male, 43 years old, 5'7'' and weigh approx 170 pounds.



I have been experiencing muscle twitching in my left eye, chest pain, left arm pain, headaches and I feel dizzy and sick all the time. I also feel tired all the time. This has been going on for about a week. What should I do? I have been working extra hard lately at work and at home. Lots of yard work and I have been under a lot of stress.
