What Causes Eyelash Loss While On Levothyroxine?
For the past 6 weeks I have noticed a loss of eyelashes in the center of both upper lids. Currently on levothyroxine-for hashimoto s thyroiditis, amitriptyline for migraine prophylaxis, gabapentin 100 mg q HS for restless leg. The eyelash loss is my major concern. Recent labs wnl. By the way, I am a nurse practitioner.

Hello dear. Welcome to Healthcaremagic. I read your query and I understand your concern. This is a symptome of hashimoto tiroiditis more than from levothyroxine. Keeping a stabilised hormone balance help with it.
