What Causes Eyes Pain With Hands And Arms Tingling?

I have started experiencing pain behind my eyes, alternating never both, sometimes bearable pain other times I have to close my eye to see, and have also been experiencing pins and needles/ tingling sensations in my hands and arms. This got so bad today shopping that I had to look down to check if I was still carrying a bag. Is this normal and will pass or should I be concerned?

fund us examination and refraction is tobe done. pin tingling sensation are neurological. might be some pressure on nerve. cervical spondylosis may be excluded
