What Causes Eyes Redness, Dry Burning With Cornea Swelling And Discharge?

I have used chloramphencol 2 months ago then used neomycin with dexamethasone, then gentamycin eye drops and my eyes are red dry burning and I've noticed that yesterday that the cornea of my right eye is swollen and red (its inside my eye) please I am afraid that I might have fungal infection yes also I have yellowish crusty discharge when I wake up in the morning with very very red eyes

Well first of all why such cocktail therapy , are you taking...???
Did you consult anyone so far Cuz unnecessary change in drops can lead to drug resistance... If one drop isn't effective you can switch to higher n more potent form...
But before all this , I suggest an Ophthalmologist rather cornea specialist review... No steroids...viz dexamethasone... N culture sensitivity test for crusty discharge so as to know the infective organism...
