What Causes Face, Eyes, Legs, Feet And Ankles Swelling?

i went away abroad twice this year, first for 3 days and when i got back my face and eyes swelled up. The second time i went for 10 nights and by the 5th day my face and eyes were swollen again and my legs and ankles and feet were swollen pretty much the whole time i was there and once i returned home. My eyelids are awollen every morning since. Any advice?
