What Causes Face Numbness & Twitching Of Eyes?

i am a 30year old male and for the pass few day the left side of my face feel funny almost as if its numb.and i will some time get a shooting s pain in my head.and also my head will feel funny my eyes will go a bit twitchy.i am 186 cm in hight about 13 to 14 stone.and normally healthy never had no major concern for my health.
