What Causes Facial And Back Pain?

Dear sir, I'm suffering from facial and back acne for past few years. Have consulted couple of dermatologists and have been using the prescription (medicines such as nadoxin get, clear gel, Deriva CMS gel and cetaphil as cleanser and some oral tablets also), but none of them have been quite effective. kindly suggest some effective measure.
