hi am 28 years old female having diabetis since 2005 type 1 actually my problem is a s following i do have some vessesls appearance on my face cheeks and nose area some blue and some are red,the nose are and 2 side cheeks having white heads too..in general i feel that my skin is not pure and clean and u dont feel that its healthy please advise..

In diabetic patients vessels do become prominent and this condition is known as diabetic angiopathy.This is due to thickening of blood vessels.
