What Causes Facial Numbness And Throbbing In Temple Region?

i had a cavernoue hemiangioma removed from the right side (nerve 7) 2 yrs ago.. recently I have noticed a throbbing on the right temple. Not headache or other pain that I am aware of but then again my right side of my face is still pretty much numb from surgery. Vision is ok, somehwat blurry for 8-13 ft. any ideas?
