What Causes Facial Swelling?

i was in the hospital fortwo days cause i wasnt sure what was wrong with me i had a swollen tongue and and swelling of one side of my face the doctors never diognosed me with anything i think it may be bell palsy in the morning time i can talk better then i can at night time i really need some help figuring out what i have can u help me
