What Causes Facial Tics,rolling Of Eyes And Nose Twitching?

my 11 yr. son is having facial tics from past 2 years such as eye blinking, eye balls rolling, nose twitching etc. We have done mri, eeg, B12 & Thyroid test and all are normal. Can u suggest any treatment. At present he is taking Attentrol-10........
