What Causes Faded Pink Patches On My Left Ankle?

i have about 3 very faded pink patches on my skin. one is above my inner left ankle, irregular with some dryness, faint about two pencil eraser in size; another is on my upper left thigh, same size, just faded pink, and another is smaller then an eraser, hard to see but faded pink on my left shoulder. I also have eczema on my right middle finger and a little on the surrounding fingers and I have eczema on the right side of the ball of my foot, behind the big toe. I m worried about the faded pink spots, but I ve managing the foot eczema for awhile...The finger one has gone away since I ve been avoiding wheat products and beer.
