hi i was hoping u can help me i am constantly tired my memory has gotten terrible i sometimes get heart pulpitations and shortness of breath i find it hard to concentrate but what is really starting to worry me is that my hands are shaking and the bak of my head. my eyes have a tinge of yellow and my tongue is swollen i have a two year old and i had gestational diabetes and high bp whilst pregnant also suffered from glandular fever as a teen
