What Causes Faint Feeling With Hot Flashes After Drinking Lucozade During Pregnancy?

Hello, I am pregnant and Had 300ml of a Lucozade today, first time a drank it, about 1hour after a healthy breakfast. About 40 mins after drinking the Lucozade started to feel faint, hot, sweaty and needed to run to the loo. Could this be related to the Lucozade? Could it signal diabetes? Thanks
