General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi there.
There are 2 main reasons why you could've fainted following loose stools
1) large volume loose stools cause sudden loss of a large volume of fluid from the body and cause dehydration which causes the fainting due to drop in blood pressure.
2) what is commonly called Reflex syncope - sudden large stools or large quantity of urine causes a drop in Heart rate and blood pressure causing syncope or fainting.
In either case you have to get evaluated as to why you're having such large volume stools.
Start with a stool routine test and consult a physician in person and get a health check up
Hope this helps.
