What Causes Fainting After Smoking Cigarette?

My mom has lost consciousness multiple times in one week. It has happened each time after smoking acigarette. She also felt a "sliding" sensation in the back of her neck/spine area. Whats going on? she went to hospital having woke up injured from one incident and lots of tests were run and nothing was found.

-Is she taking any medication which is interacting with smoking.
-Seizure disorder
-Use of other substance (weed or opioid) in cigarette.
