Bystolic can be used for patients with high blood pressure and heart disease but in your scenario using this drug doesn't seem recommended. This medication is cardioselctive beta blocker and it should not be given in case of fainting episodes.Your EKG/ECG monitoring should be performed in case of continuing repeated fainting attacks.Fatigue is a common symptom experienced by heart patients.Solution to your current situation is stop using bystolic and start using a medicine other than a beta blocker for high blood pressure and get a new ECG report to see any irregular heart rhythm so that the necessary treatment should be started accordingly.
