What Causes Fainting And Head Rush To Child?

my son is a fit 14 year old and after eating he stood up walked maybe 10 steps before passing out. he fell backwards and on the way down his head started shaking a little. although conscious after 4 minutes or so he was still lay on the floor. he has stated that he had the same happen around 5-6 weeks prior and fell backwards into the bath ( to which I didn t know about). do I need to be concerned for anything

I really appreciate your concern, such history for fit need to be taken seriously because it could be cerebral disease or cardiac one and the most common would be "Grand mal epilepsy" these all needs to be differentiated, in my opinion better to see the neurologist, there CT of brain may be asked hope this information helps
