What Causes Fainting Early In The Morning?

hello sir, i m alok from new delhi.i m 30 yr old male. today i was inside quilt and when i removed it and leav the bed ..suddenly i got unconcous and fall on bed ,remain uncounsous for 2-3 min i cant say exactly..what is it..an u please advice me .. i m very much scared now

I have gone through your query.You should get an ECG and Echocardiography if needed to rule out stoke adams attack.It can also be due to a hypoglycaemic attack.So a fasting and postprandial blood sugar also should be taken.Such attacks can come in conditions like insulinoma.A proper diagnostic work up is necessary for this.You can approach a physician for this.Hope this may help you.
