What Causes Fainting Followed By Migraines And Stiff Neck?

I passed out in the shower yesterday. Lost conciousness shortly. Followed by migraine. Pain where I hit and stiff neck. Today I have ringing in my ears. I have had a head cold. Dr. Ordered blood work. It looked good. What could the ringing and stiff neck be?
