What Causes Fainting Sensation Along With Tightness In Back And Shoulder Muscles?

Sometimes early in the day (e.g., when I m fixing breakfast) I ll get a fainting feeling and at the same time will have a tightness/weakness through my back shoulder muscles. It tends to happens for a few days in a row and then goes away for a longer period of time.

Hello,

Fainting sensation and tightness in back and shoulder muscle is due to dehydration and deficiency of some electrolytes. You start drinking plenty of water adding salt and sugar in it daily early in the morning your symptom will go away.
