What Causes Fainting Sensation And Disoriented Feeling ?

I have felt faint and less aware of surrounding for few days and and I see a a faint spot with my left eye when I look at a screen at work close up, Im not sure what it is, but I have been stressing alot lately and was wondering what could be some reasons for this occurence? I also feel like there is some pressure in my head. Please advise
