Hello and welcome to HCM,
Accumulation of fluid in ear is suggestive of infection in the ear.
If the treatment is incomplete the fluid can stay in the ear with clearance of infection.
Insertion of grommet or a tube like structure is helpful in such cases to allow drainage of fluid.
Te symptoms of sensitivity to loud noises, feeling imbalance, faintedness and headache are suggestive of involvement of inner ear.
Thus, consult your ENT specialist for clinical assessment and treatment of condition at the earliest.
Resolution of fluid in ear can resolve the above mentioned symptoms.

Thanks and take care
