What Causes Fainting Spell Followed By Vomiting And Eye Twitching?
My son lost consciousness and began vomiting afterward, his teacher reported that his eyes were twitching, he became very pale, you could see the colour draining from his face and that his speech was incoherent for about 5 to 10 seconds upon him regaining consciousness. When the ambulance arrived they checked his blood sugar and said his levels were normal. He had a low grade fever when they checked his vitals in the classroom. He say she is feeling a lot of pressure in his head now and is extremely fatigued. What do you think could be going on with him?

Such symptoms can be indicative of increased intracranial pressure or other central nervous system related problem which should be checked thoroughly . Head injury , bleeding in or on brain tissue or increased amount of CSF can also cause such clinical picture . If neck stiffness is present then diagnostic spinal test should be done . I would recommend to consult the neurologist straightaway . I wish you good health. Best Regards, Dr.S.Tomar
