What Causes Fainting Spells And Tremors In Hands?

I am 62 years old in good health. A week ago, I had a fainting spell and when I came to, I had a strange feeling of vibration in both hands that lasted about a minute. My doctor had me get a CT scan which was clear. I had a similar spell last night, but did not get the vibration sensation. Any ideas of what could be causing this.
