What Causes Fainting Spells, Increased After Ejaculation?

Hi.. I fainted couple of days ago.. then i had stemetil md.. my cervical joints and mri of brain is normal.. my head is not revolving.. but i still have some degree of faintness..i had ejaculation.. and the other day my symptoms increased.. what is my problem?
