Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

It may be due to pulmonary embolism or myocardial infarction or intracranial bleed or hypoglycemia etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. So he may need to take the ER immediately.

Please get it done ECG, chest X-ray, D-dimer, MRI brain, blood sugar levels and CT angiography if necessary.

Please consult your doctor immediately, he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu,
