What Causes Fainting While On Methadone?
My daughter in law was on Methadone for about two days - and she started to just pass out and sleep for days - she has not taken it since Sunday - she has stopped it - but today these were her symptoms : Unsteady walk - couldn t keep eyes open - sat on couch and went toward her knees - speech not good - are these symptoms of coming off Methadone with just a few days use

I cannot say definitely without seeing her but certainly narcotics cause sleepiness. They are quite dangerous if used with other depressants such as benzodiazepines.
