What Causes Fainting While Suffering From Sinusitis?

Thanks. I have right side sinus problem - every year (for last 6 - 7 years) during rainy season to winter - I feel sever pain on the right side of the head just above the right ear and it comes down till the right jaw and sometimes goes back to the back side of the head.I have pain in the inside of right ear too.Because of this problem - I got confused with Tooth ache and - went to Doctor to remove my teeth.Finally, I consulted an ENT specialist - he said - this problem is there since childhood and did not surface or was neglected so far.Recently - once I suddenly got fainted in the office. Yes, I have acidity problem also. I can not tolerate not-easily-digestable material like fried egg, Pulses made any curry or Dal, etc.I went to a Doctor who prescribed Zeptop 200 CR and Montek LC - after I saw the side effects (after taking for two days) - I stopped both.What do you advise?

I really appreciate your concern, it could be chronic sinusitis, general management would be okay for this, no need to be over conscious once the episode begins, drink more water, have hot drinks and inhalation, hot shower, no need to worry about this hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day
