OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. At 6 weeks of pregnancy, the fetal heart rate may or may not be visible by transabdominal ultrasound. However, if the fetal heart rate is lower than 100 beats per minute, then it can be due to chromosomal anomalies or congenital heart disease.
I would suggest you to get a repeat ultrasound after2 weeks to assess the fetal heart rate and further management should be done accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
